摘 要: | 目的探讨交联透明质酸材料对兔角膜组织的生物学反应的影响,评价其作为角膜组织工程支架材料的可行性。方法将交联透明质酸材料置入兔角膜基质层间内3个月,观察置入材料在角膜内生物学反应。结果观察期内交联透明质酸材料与兔角膜基质愈合良好,角膜组织学观察未见有淋巴等炎症细胞浸润。结论交联透明质酸材料置入兔角膜后无明显炎症反应,其生物相容性良好,是一种理想的角膜组织工程支架材料。

Abstract: | Objective To compare the biological response of cross-linked hyaluronic acid as scaffold materials for corneal tissue engineering.Methods Discs with 5.0mm diameter of cross-linked hyaluronic acid were inserted into rabbits′ interlamellar stromal pockets and followed up for a period of 3 month.Results After 3 months,cross-linked hyaluronic acid scaffold materials were partly altered.Histological study demonstrated that cross-linked hyaluronic acid scaffold materials fused with rabbits′ corneal stroma without lymphocyte infiltrating.Conclusion Embedded cross-linked hyaluronic acid dose not increase inflammatory reaction mostly,and the biocompatibility of these materials is good. |
