摘    要:
目的本研究探索成人急性呼吸衰竭患者血清锌浓度与住院时间、ICU滞留时间,序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA)及预后的关系。方法本研究纳入2009年3~9月进入笔者医院ICU所有成人急性呼吸衰竭患者(年龄≥18岁)。记录患者人口学特征、呼吸衰竭危险因素、ICU滞留时间、干预措施、预后,机械通气6h内采血检测锌浓度。结果共纳入35例病人,中位年龄58岁(19~79岁)。成人急性呼吸衰竭患者血清锌浓度普遍降低。血锌和SOFA评分呈负相关。SOFA评分≥8血锌浓度明显低于SOFA评分<8的患者。结论在成人急性呼吸衰竭患者血锌浓度明显下降,适量补充锌可能有助于患者恢复。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the hypothesis that a reduction in serum zinc levels among critically ill adult patients with acute respiratory failure is related to prognosis,length of stay in the ICU and hospital stay,Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA) scores.Methods This study included all the patients(age≥18 year) with acute respiratory failure(ARF) entered ICU from March 2009 to September 2009.Patients′ demographic features,SOFA scores,survival status,length of ICU stay and hospital stay were collected.Blood samples were collected within 6h after mechanical ventilation.Results A total of 35 patients was included.The median age is 58(19-79 years).Serum zinc concentrations were commonly decreased in adult ARF patients,and were inversely correlated with SOFA scores.Patients with SOFA scores≥8 had significantly lower serum zinc concentration compared with patients with SOFA scores<8.Conclusion Serum zinc concentrations were decreased in adult ARF.Administration of zinc may be helpful for critically ill patients.
