摘    要:
目的探讨对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)与2型糖尿病(DM)合并高血压的关系。方法将2型DM患者173例分为无高血压组(2型DM组)55例,轻度高血压组44例,中度高血压40例,重度高血压34例,并设健康对照组(NC组)49例。测量各组体重参数、血压,检测临床生化指标及血清PON1活性。结果 2型DM组血清PON1活性低于NC组(P〈0.01),2型DM合并高血压各组血清PON1活性低于2型DM组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),在2型DM合并高血压各组中随血压升高血清PON1活性降低。血清PON1活性与体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平呈显著负相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈显著正相关。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血清PON1降低,且血压越高,PON1活性降低越显著。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between paraoxonase 1(PON1) and type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) combined with concurrent hypertension.Methods 173 patients with type 2 DM were assigned to no hypertension group(type 2 DM group) with 55 patients,mild hypertension group with 44 patients,moderate hypertension group with 40 patients and severe hypertension group with 34 patients,and the healthy control group(NC group) comprises of 49 healthy participants.Body fat parameters,blood pressure,clinical biochemical parameters and serum PON1 activity of the participants were measured or tested.Results Serum PON1 activity in the type 2 DM group was significantly lower than that in the NC group(P < 0.01),and serum PON1 activity was lower in all type 2 DM combined with hypertension groups than that in the type 2 DM group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) and it decreased with the increasing of blood pressure in the different groups.Serum PON1 activity was shown to be negatively related to body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and was positively related to high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C).Conclusion Serum PON1 activity decreased in type 2 DM patients combined with concurrent hypertension and with the higher of the blood pressure,the lower of the PON1 activity accompanied.
