| Abstract: | Otophylloside is a drug which have been used in clinical practies and have better therapeutic effect for epilepsy. Molecular stereo-structure of diacetylotophyllo-genin had been determined by X-r ay diffr actional method. It is compared with a few of molecular structure of some drugs which effect on nervous system and thier general similar active functional groups are discussed. |
