| 摘 要： | 结合１２３例急性胰腺炎中２３例ＡＮＰ的治疗结果，探讨了手术时机和手术方式，提出确诊后即手术可提高治愈率，手术方式中以胰腺减压，坏死组织清除及三腔管有效的引流，特别强调了三腔管引流是防止ＡＮＰ后期严重并发症一－胰腺脓肿的有效措施，另对改善胰腺微循环使用得方丹参提出了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | 23 surgical cases of ANP among 123 acute pancreatitis treated were analyzed. The results showed that if early operation was performed after the diagnosis,the cure rate increased. The modes of operation include reliaving the pressure of the pancreas, eliminating the necrostic tissue and effective three - coeliac tube drainage, etc. We emphasized that three - coeliac tubedrainage was an effective method to prevent pancreatic abscess,a severe late complication of ANP. We also discussed the usage ofinjection salviai miltiorrhizae compositac to improve the microcirculation of pancreas. |
