5.56mm和7.62mm弹压力波对培养大鼠肝脏细胞的作用

摘    要:
7.62mm弹的压力波能否引起组织细胞损伤目前未见报道。本研究采用培养肝脏细胞(HC)在体外用枪弹压力波致伤。结果发现:两种子弹均可产生明显的压力波,5.56mm弹的压力波比7.62mm弹的大。两种子弹均可引起HC明显的形态、功能损伤,如线粒体扩张、嵴消失,细胞脱落、肿胀、溶解破裂以及细胞MDA水平升高、上清液中ALT活性增高等。细胞所受压力愈大,损伤越重,5.56mm弹损伤细胞的能力比7.62mm弹强。压力波损伤细胞的机制可能与其对细胞的剧烈机械性振荡作用及引发自由基反应等有关。

Abstract:
Effects of pressure waves from 5.56mm and 7.62mm bullets on the cultured hepatic cells were studied. The results showed that both 5.56mm and 7.62mm bullets could produce obvious pressure waves, the values of pressure waves of 5.56mm bullet being higher than that of 7.62mm bullets. These two kinds of bullets could result in significant morphological and functional damages of HC including dilation and cristae disappearance of mitochondria, detachment, fragmentation and edema of HC, as well as increased cell MDA level and ALT activity of supernatant. Pressure waves of higher values caused severer HC damages. The HCs wounded by 5.56mm bullets were injured more significantly than those wounded by 7.62mm bullets. The injurious effect of pressure wave on cells was related to its direct drastic mechanic vibration action on cells and induction of cellular free radical reaction.
