| 摘 要： | 采用正常家兔及四氧嘧啶糖尿病家兔、大鼠模型，实验研究康健钠对血糖、血脂及尿酸的影响。结果表明：康健钠连续口服给药５ｄ，可降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病家兔及大鼠空腹血糖，提高家兔模型葡萄糖耐量，降低血清胆固醇、甘油三酯及尿酸。对正常家兔血糖及糖耐量无明显影响，但能降低血清胆固醇。为康健钠应用于临床治疗糖尿病提供了实验理论依据。

| Abstract: | We observed the effects of Kangjianna(KJN)on blood glucose,serum lipid and serum urate in the normal rabbits and alloxan diabetic rabbits and rats. The results showed that after taken for 5 d,KJN could reduce blood glucose, serum cholesterol, triglycerlde and urate and increase glucose tolerance of diabetic rabbits and rats and didn't affect blood glucose tolerance but decreased serum cholestrol of the normal rabbits. |
