| 摘 要： | 目的研究人胎肺是否含有间充质干细胞。方法取胎龄为15～22孕周流产胎儿，依照骨髓间充质干细胞的体外培养方法，获得肺脏来源的贴壁细胞，进而研究其形态、免疫表型、细胞周期和分化潜能。结果从胎肺培养获得的贴壁细胞，其细胞生物学特点符合间充质干细胞的鉴定标准。结论人胎肺可分离、培养和扩增间充质干细胞，具有一定的发育学意义和治疗潜能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate if human fetal lung contains mesenchymal stem cells.Methods Adherent cells were initially obtained from lung tissue of aborted fetus(15-22 week) in the same way as from human bone marrow,then their general morphology,immunophenotype,cell cycle and differentiation potential were analyzed.Results Fetal lung-derived adherent cells fulfilled the criterion of mesenchymal stem cells.Conclusion Mesenchymal stem cells can be isolated and expanded from human fetal lung tissue,thus suggestive of developmental and clinical significance. |
