异位妊娠患者术前心理状况分析及护理干预

目的：了解异位妊娠患者术前心理状况并探讨护理干预对策。方法：对本院收治的异位妊娠患者78例发放调查问卷并对交谈方式进行术前心理状况评估,针对患者出现心理问题进行护理干预,并应用医院焦虑量表和抑郁量表测定患者护理前后的心理状态。结果：78例患者中有94.8%（74/78）患者存在不同程度的抑郁和焦虑,84.6%（66/78）患者有紧张、恐惧心理,20.5%（16/78）患者出现孤独心理,需进行护理干预;术前焦虑评分为（11.5±4.1）分,抑郁评分为（10.5±4.3）分;经护理干预后,患者焦虑评分为（6.6±3.9）分,抑郁评分为（6.4±3.3）分,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对异位妊娠患者术前心理状况分析表明大多数患者术前存在心理问题,经有效的护理干预后,患者的认知程度和适应能力得到有效提高。

The preoperative psychological status and nursing intervention of ectopic pregnancy patients

Objective： To survey the preoperative psychological status of ectopic pregnancy and study the nursing intervention strategies of the patients. Methods： 78 patients of ectopic pregnancy were given questionnaires to talk the way of preoperative psychological status assessment, nursing intervention was given beyond the psychological problems of the patients and appling Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale scale measured before and after the psychological care of patients？state. Results： 94.8% （74/78） patients with varying degrees of depression and anxiety, 84.6% （66/78） patients with tension, fear, loneliness. 20.5% （16/78） patients had mental problems need nursing intervention; preoperative anxiety score was （11.5±4.1）, depression score was （10.5±4.3） before nursing intervention; by nursing intervention, the anxiety score was （6.6±3.9）, depression score was （6.4±3.3）, compared with before intervention there significantly different （P0.05）. Conclusion： Ectopic pregnancy patients with preoperative psychological status before surgery showed psychological problems, the effective nursing intervention, made the patient＇s awareness and ability to adapt effectively improve.
