妇科腹腔镜术后不良反应的观察与护理

目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术后不良反应的护理干预效果。方法：选取2010年2月～2011年2月在本院行妇科腹腔镜手术的80例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组针对术后可能会出现的不良反应进行护理干预,比较两组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果：观察组术后不良反应腹胀8例,恶心、呕吐9例,呼吸道感染2例,出血1例显著少于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：对妇科腹腔镜手术实施护理干预有助于减少患者的术后不良反应的发生率。

Observation and nursing of adverse events after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective：To investigate nursing intervention efficacy of adverse events after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods：80 cases treated with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 was randomly assigned to observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given nursing intervention for likely postoperative adverse events.Incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups.Results：There were 8 cases of abdominal distension,9 cases of nausea and vomiting,2 cases of respiratory infection,and 1 case of bleeding in the observation group.The number was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention in gynecology laparoscopic surgery helps to reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events.
