痉挛型和不随意运动型脑性瘫痪粗大运动功能的差异

目的：探讨痉挛型和不随意运动型CP患儿粗大运动功能的差异。方法：对232例2～6岁痉挛型CP患儿和32例不随意运动型CP患儿均进行粗大运动功能测量量表（GMFM-88）测量,比较各功能区的评分百分比及总分。结果：痉挛型CP与不随意型CP患儿在A区、B区、C区百分比和总分之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而在D区和E区得分百分比之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：不同类型CP患儿的粗大运动的发育落后程度有所不同,总体观察来看痉挛型CP患儿的粗大运动功能发育比不随意运动型CP患儿好。

The difference of gross motor function between spastic cerebral palsy(CP) and dyskinetic CP

Objective：To investigate the difference of gross motor function between spastic cerebral palsy（CP） and dyskinetic CP.Methods：232 children with spastic CP and 32 children with dyskinetic CP,aging from 2 to 6 years,were measured by the Gross Motor Function Measure-88（GMFM-88）.The total scores and each domain＇s percentages were compared between them.Results：The spastic and non-random pediatric patients with CP in percentage of the A zone,B zone and C zone comparison to the total score was significantly（P0.05）,while the CP percentage in D and E zone had no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The hypoevolutism of gross motor function in children with different CP types are different.All in all,the children with spastic CP are better than with dyskinetic CP in gross motor function development.
