| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法：回顾性分析本院2002年5月～2011年6月收治的43例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果：本组患者均采用非手术治疗而痊愈,无严重并发症出现。随访2～96个月,无一例因肠梗阻再次手术治疗。结论：术后早期炎性肠梗阻采用积极的非手术治疗能获得良好愈后。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods：Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 43 cases with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in our hospital from May 2002 to June 2011.Results：All cases were treated conservatively,without severe complications.No case had undergone operation for intestinal obstruction in the duration of follow-up ranged form 2 months to 96 months.Conclusion：Aggressive non-operative therapy could get good prognosis for early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. |
