胸腹腔镜联合治疗食管癌的临床分析

目的：探讨胸腹腔镜联合治疗食管癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法：回顾性分析本院心胸外科收治的38例胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌患者的临床资料。结果：38例患者的手术成功,手术时间为250～420min,术中出血量为100～680ml;术后并发症：声音嘶哑2例;功能性胃梗阻2例,颈部吻合口漏1例,肺部感染1例,经治疗后治愈。结论：胸腹腔镜联合治疗食管癌创伤小、术后康复快、术后并发症少,能显著改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of combined thoracoscopy and laparoscopy for the treatment of esophageal carcinoma

Objective： To explore the clinical effect and safety of combined thoracoscopy and laparoscopy for the treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Methods： Our hospital were retrospectively analyzed thoracic surgeons of 38 cases of breast laparoscopic surgery for patients with esophageal cancer combined the clinical data. Results： All the 38 cases with operations were successfully performed. The operation time was from 250 to 420 min and the blood loss was from 100 to 680 ml. The postoperative complications： voice hoarse in 2 cases, functional stomach obstruction in 2 cases, neck anastomotic leakage in 1 case, and pulmonary infection in 1 case. After therapy, all patients were cured. Conclusion： Combined thoracoscopy and laparoscopy for the treatment of esophageal carcinoma is small trauma, the postoperative rehabilitation is fast, and less postoperative complications, can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients, and clinical promotion.
