摘    要:目的比较前外侧与后外侧小切口入路行初次全髋关节置换术(THA)的效果。方法随机选取小切口前外侧入路及后外侧入路行初次THA患者各80例,对两组患者的一般资料、手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症、随访髋关节功能恢复情况进行比较分析。结果两组在手术时间前外侧入路组平均(93±17)min、后外侧入路组平均(88±12)min]、术中出血量前外侧入路组平均(350±25)ml,后外侧入路组平均(320±20)ml]及术后并发症、髋关节功能恢复情况方面差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论前外侧与后外侧小切口入路行初次THA的手术效果差异无显著性。

Abstract:Objective To compare the surgical effect between anterolateral and posterolateral approaches through mini-incision in primary total hip arthoplasty(THA). Methods 80 cases of primary THA by anterolateral and posterolateral approaches through mini-incision respectively were recruited. The general information,the surgical time,blood loss and the postoperative complication,the function of hip joint were compared. Results The surgical time(the anterolateral approach 93±17 min,the posterolateral approach 88±12 min),blood loss(the anterolateral approach 350±25 ml,the posterolateral approach 320±20 ml) and the postoperative complication,the function of hip joint follow up between the anterolateral and the posterolateral approach were not statistical different(P〉0.05). Conclusions The differences of surgical effect of the primary THA through the anterolateral and the posterolateral mini-incision approaches are not statistical significant.
