利多卡因胶浆的制备及其在人工流产中的临床观察

目的探讨利多卡因胶浆的制备方法及其配伍米索前列醇用于人工流产的临床疗效。方法制备利多卡因胶浆。将要求人工流产的孕妇400例随机分为3组，A组术前1h舌下含服米索前列醇0．2mg、宫腔注入利多卡因胶浆5mL，B组术前宫腔注入利多卡因胶浆5mL，C组术前1h舌下含服米索前列醇0．2mg、阴道后后穹窿放置米索前列醇0．2mg。结果A组在扩张宫颈、缓解扩宫时疼痛、术中出血量等方面优于B组和C组（P〈0．05或0．01），在缓解吸宫时疼痛、预防人工流产综合反应等方面优于C组（P〈0．01）。结论利多卡因胶浆配伍米索前列醇用于人工流产是一种安全、经济、简便、有效的方法，值得临床推广。

Preparation and Clinical Observation of Lidocaine Plasmagel on Artificial Abortion

Objective To study the preparation method of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Plasmagel and the clinical effect of its application combined with misoprostol in artificial abortion. Methods 400 pregnant women who asked for artificial abortion were divided randomly into three groups. Group A was given 0. 2 mg of misoprostol sublingually an hour before artificial abortion, then 5 ml of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Plasmagel was injected into uterine cavity, group B was injected 5 ml of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Plasmagel into uterine cavity before operation, group C was given 0.2 mg of misoprostol sublingually and 0.2 mg of misoprostol into vaginal posterior fornix an hour before operation. Results Group A was superior to group B and C in cervix dilation, relieving uterine dilation pain and bleeding during operation（ P 〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）, and superior to group C in relieving uterine aspiration pain and preventing complex responses of artificial abortion （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Plasmagel combined with misoprostol in artificial abortion is a safe, economic, simple and effective way. It is worth popularizing to application.
