不同方法清洗复用医疗器械的效果研究

目的 比较2种不同方法清洗复用医疗器械的效果.方法 将320件同质污染的复用医疗器械随机分成实验组和对照组各160件.实验组用超声震荡加酶清洗,对照组用传统手工加酶浸泡5min,按常规人工清洗方法.结果 超声震荡加酶清洗组对器械的清洗质量合格率明显优于传统手工加酶清洗组(P<0.05).结论 超声震荡加酶清洗能有效清除复用医疗器械的血液污垢,特别适合有轴节金属器械污垢的清洗,可以取代传统手工加酶清洗法.

Studies on the different methods to clean the multiplexing medical apparatus and instruments
