An Exploration on the Force Adeffect of Electronic Medical Records

The article exposes the influential factors of electronic medical record to legal value. We advanced that we must make the design of standardized management, the design of time limit of EMR, the design of preserving the traces of revision, and those of alarm and electronic signature, for materializing the value of Electronic Medical Record in law; the quality and security system should be worked out to have better solution to the legal value of electronic medical records.
