流体树脂预防性充填和窝沟封闭的临床疗效观察

目的:对比观察光固化流体树脂预防性充填和普通窝沟封闭术的临床疗效。方法:对126名6~10岁患儿采用不同的方法进行窝沟封闭术。观察组:选择的右下颌第一磨牙采用光固化流体树脂预防性充填。对照组:选择左下颌第一磨牙采用传统窝沟封闭,统一规范操作方法和步骤。在3个月、1年、2年疗效对照分析。结果:光固化流体树脂预防性充填在3个月、1年、2年成功率分别为100%、91.67%、80.19%;普通窝沟封闭组分别为99.21%、90.00%、62.26%。两组在3个月、1年的成功率无显著差异。2年的成功率有显著差异。结论:光固化流体树脂预防性充填用于预防年轻恒磨牙窝沟龋疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of flowable resin to preventive resin restoration and Pit-and-fissure sealants

Objective：To make a comparative study on the clinical efficacy of light-cure flowable resin to preventive resin restoration and classical Pit-and-fissure sealants.Methods： We applied two different approaches to Pit-and-fissure permanent molars in 126 patients aged form 6 to 10 years.In the test group,126 permanent molars were treated using flowable resin.In the control group,126 permanent molars were treated using classical Pit-and-fissure sealants.6month,1 year,2years efficacy comparison study was carried out in a same standard.Results： The effective rate of the groups with flowable resin to preventive resin restoration were 100%,91.67% and 80.19%;The effective rate of the groups with classical Pit-and-fissure sealants were 99.21%,90.00% and 66.26%.There was not significant difference between groups in 6month and 1year efficacy,but there was significant difference in 2years.Conclusion： Light-cure flowable preventive resin restoration was a reliable permanent molars Pit-and-fissure sealant,which is worthy of clinical application.
