2010年黄山风景区公共场所卫生监测结果分析

目的:评价黄山风景区各类公共场所卫生状况,探索提高公共场所卫生管理水平的策略。方法:对黄山风景区5类公共场所相关卫生指标进行现场卫生监测。结果:室内空气环境和公用物品总项次合格率为94.8%,公用物品合计项次合格率,99.4%显著高于室内空气环境指标合计项次合格率94.0%,差别有统计学意义(P0.05)。合格率分别为:交通等候室100%、文化娱乐场所97.9%、旅店业93.6%、博物馆87.0%、洗浴场所77.8%,室内空气环境8项监测指标中,温度、相对湿度和细菌总数合格率偏低。结论:黄山风景区公共场所总体卫生状况尚好,卫生部门应加大经常性卫生监督监测的覆盖率及频次,加强卫生技术指导。

Analysis on hygienic monitoring results of public places in Huangshan scenic areas in 2010

Objective： To evaluate the hygienic conditions of public places in Huangshan scenic areas of our city,and explore the strategy of improving hygienic management level of public places.Methods： monitor hygien-ic conditions of related health indexes of five types of public places in Huangshan scenic areas.Results： The to-tal qualified rate of environment of indoor air and public articles is 94.8%.The qualified rate of public articles 99.4% is significantly higher than the qualified rate of the environment of indoor air 94.0%.The difference is statistically significant（P0.05）.The qualified rates of indoor air environmental indexes of five types of public places are： the traffic waiting room 100%,the place of entertainment 97.9%,the hotels 93.6%,the museum 87.0% and public bathroom 77.8%.In eight environmental monitoring indexes of indoor air,the qualified rates of temperature,relative humidity and total bacterial number are lower.Conclusion：The overall sanitary situation of public places in Huangshan scenic areas can be thought good.Department of health should enhance coverage and frequency of regular supervision monitoring and strengthen technical guidance.
