促进县级医院快速发展的实践与体会

目的:促进基层医院快速发展。方法:从提高医疗质量让患者放心,改进医疗服务让患者开心,改善医疗环境让患者舒心,大力实施惠民利民政策让患者省心,倡导先进医院文化管理让职工称心,加强人才队伍和学科建设水平让医院有重心六个方面进行了阐述。结果:职工的综合素质明显提高,医院具有可持续的服务能力、创新能力和核心竞争力,最终实现医院跨越式发展。

Practice and Reflection of Facilitating Rapid Development of County Hospitals

Objective： to facilitate the rapid development of county hospitals.Methods： this article illustrates from 6 aspects including improving medical care quality for the purpose of reassuring the patients,bettering med-ical service for the sake of satisfying the patients,perfecting medical care environment to keep the patients com-fortable,implementing low price policies to relieve the patients from worrying,prosposing advanced hospital cul-ture adminstration for the sake of gratifying the patients,and strengthening professional staff and discipline con-struction to find out the priority of the hospital development.Result and Conclusion： The comprehensive quality of hospital staff is significantly improved.The hospital has achieved sustainable service capability,innovative a-bility and competiveness,thereby realizing leaping development of the hospital.
