| 摘 要： | 基于医患关系已达到的紧张程度的现状,病案复印工作日益繁忙,容易引发医疗纠纷。该文将存在纠纷隐患的病案复印患者分为两类群体,即主动型、被动型;并根据每类患者行为特点提出不同的应对策略,以期医患之间能加强沟通交流,杜绝纠纷隐患。

| Abstract: | Based on the situation of the unprecedented nervous relationship between doctors and patients,with the increasing business of copying medical records,medical disputes occur frequently.Medical records coping patients who have hidden medical disputes were classified into two groups,active kind and passive kind.Corresponding strategies were proposed in accordance with different types of patients behavior in order to strengthen comunication between doctors and patients,and preclude the hidden medical dispute. |
