| 摘 要： | 上海中医药大学坚持继承为本、创新为魂的理念，二十余年来坚持不懈地开展实践教学的研究与改革，致力于提升中医药人才教育的质量。通过推进制度创新、强化实习环节质控、探索新型实践教学模式、加强临床教学基地建设等举措，逐步构建和完善了实践教学体系，并成为学校“一体两翼”中医药创新人才培养体系的主要组成部分之一，成效显著，为中医药学科的发展培养了大批的高素质人才。
