Following the Principle of Evidence - Based Medicine, Improving Hospital Administration Performance

The paper discussed the relationship between EMB and hospital administration:they are supplement each other; human-based principle is their key point and sustainable development is their finally goal.Expounded about how to follow the basic theory of EBM in hospital administration and brought forward four measures:a series of training should be developed actively to make the medical staff learn and understand the theory of EBM sufficiently;the hospital foundational construction should be strengthened to create the condition,for putting the EBM in practice;study-hospital should be built under the principle of human -based and clinical researches should be expand to seek more medical evidence.
