槐耳清膏在肝癌治疗中的抑癌研究

目的　从病理角度在细胞水平上观察槐耳清膏的防癌与抑癌作用。方法　联合应用二乙基亚硝胺、四氯化碳复制鼠肝硬化肝癌模型 ,分为 7组 ,在不同阶段灌服槐耳清膏进行干预 ,2 0周后处死鼠进行病理观察。结果　在鼠肝癌模型制备早期灌服槐耳清膏具有显著的防癌作用 ,癌变率显著降低 ;在癌形成与发展过程中灌服槐耳清膏也有显著的抑癌效应 ,可减轻癌变的病理变化 ;槐耳清膏还能通过抑制肝硬化来干预癌的形成 ,其疗效与疗程呈正相关。结论　槐耳清膏具有确切的防癌、抑癌作用 ,是临床抗肿瘤的理想药物。

Anticancer study of PS-T on hepatic carcinoma

Objective It is to observe the pathological mechanism of carcinoma preventive effect and anticancer effect of PS-T in cytological level. Methods N-nitrosodiethylamine and CCl 4 were applied jointly to duplicate the rat hepatocirrhosis and hepatic cancer model. The rats were divided into seven groups and pouring into the stomach with PS-T in different phases to interfere the cancer genesis and development. Twenty weeks after, all the rats were killed for pathological observation. Results Applying PS-T in the early stage of duplicating rat hepatic carcinoma model showed a significant carcinoma preventive effect and obviously decreased the rate of canceration. PS-T also had a significant effect of anticancer effect in the forming and developing of carcinoma and lightened pathological change of canceration. PS-T could interfere the forming of carcinoma by inhibiting hepatocirrhosis and its curative effect had positive correlation with curative time. Conclusion PS-T has definite carcinoma preventive effect and anticancer effect. It is ideal drug for clinical anticancer therapy.
