闭合性跟腱损伤22例临床分析

目的总结闭合性跟腱损伤修复的处理方法及经验。方法选择2009年3月～2013年6月,对22例闭合性跟腱损伤患者进行跟腱修复手术。所有伤者均在伤后5～7 d手术修复,其中止点撕脱型3例,采用骨锚辅助的修复方式。横断型及撕裂型19例,采用BOSWORTH法5例,腓肠肌腱膜向下翻转缝合法14例。结果所有伤者跟腱均愈合良好,经3～6个月康复治疗,伤肢功能恢复满意。结论跟腱损伤的手术时机最好在伤后5～7 d进行,以利于跟腱缝合修复。根据跟腱损伤的类型选择修复方法 ,手术后的康复治疗是保证伤肢功能尽早恢复的关键。

Clinical analysis of 22 cases of closed achilles tendon injury

Objective To summarize the treatment and repair experience of closed achilles tendon injury. Methods From March 2009 to June 2013, 22 patients with blunt trauma patients performed achilles tendon repair surgery. All the injured were repaired in 5 to 7 days after injury, avulsion type 3 cases, used the bone anchor assisted restoration. Of transverse and tear type 19 cases, five cases used BOSWORTH, 14 cases turned downward gastrocnemius fascia suture. Results All the injured achilles tendon healed well, after rehabilitation 3～6 months, the injured limb functional recoveried satisfaction. Conclusion The timing of surgery achilles tendon injury preferably 5 to 7 days after injury, in order to facilitate tendon suture repair. Select the type of Achilles tendon injury repair method based rehabilitation after surgery is key to ensure early recovery of the injured limb function.
