研究磷酸肌酸钠对缺血性心肌病患者心功能及心律失常的影响

目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗缺血性心肌病的临床疗效,并研究其对缺血性心肌病患者心功能及心律失常的影响。方法选取2011年9月～2013年3月本院收治的200例缺血性心肌病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将所有患者随机均分为对照组100例,行常规治疗;治疗组100例,在常规治疗的基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠治疗。治疗2周后比较两组患者治疗前后观察指标的变化。结果治疗前两组患者的各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗2周后,两组的各项观察指标较治疗前均有显著提高,但治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,可以很好的改善缺血性心肌病患者的心功能和心律失常,值得临床推广应用。

Study on effect of creatine phosphate sodium on heart function and cardiac arrhythmias for patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy, and study its effect on heart function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and arrhythmias. Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy patients selected from September 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, all patients will be randomly divided into a control group of 100 cases, treated with conventional therapy; the treatment group of 100 cases, with creatine phosphate sodium treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. To observe the changes of indexes before and after treatment in two groups were compared after 2 weeks treatment. Results Comparison of each index of the two groups before treatment, no significant difference（P〉0.05）; after 2 weeks of treatment, observed of the two groups before treatment were significantly improved, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy plus treatment with creatine phosphate sodium can be very good to improve the heart function of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and arrhythmias, worthy of clinical application.
