护士工作倦怠与人格特征的相关研究

摘    要:
目的 了解护士工作倦怠水平及其与人格特征的相关性,为有效干预护士的工作倦怠提供依据.方法 采用工作倦怠量表(CMBI)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)和自尊量表对175名护士进行测试.结果 护士工作倦怠检出率为69.1%(121/175),其中轻度倦怠占50.4%(61/121)、中度倦怠占43.8%(53/121)、高度倦怠占5.8%(7/121);人格特征对护士的工作倦怠水平具有重要影响(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 临床护士普遍存在工作倦怠问题,其人格特征对工作倦怠有显著影响,相关行政及护理管理部门应引起重视.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the level of job burnout among nurses and its relationship with personality characte- ristics, and to provide an aid for intervention of job burnout problem.Methods Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory (CMBI), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-RSC) and Self-esteem Scale were applied in 175 nurses.Results 69.1% nurses were found to have job burnout, among whom, 50.4% manifested slight burnout, 43.8% had moderate burnout, 5.8% showed severe burnont. And personality of the nurses had significant influence on their job burnout (P< 0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion More attention should be paid to the job burnout problem of nurses, and their personality characteristics should be taken into consideration.
