膳食钙磷水平对悬吊大鼠肾脏、肌肉和骨质的影响

摘    要:
在40天的悬吊期间,4组成年雄性SD 大鼠进食钙磷含量(%)分别为0.6∶0.6(对照),0.30∶0.6(低钙),0.6∶1.8(高磷)和1.8∶1.8(高钙磷)的膳食。观察到高磷膳导致大鼠肾脏钙化和坏死,腓肠肌萎缩,股骨骨干和骨骺骨质丧失,以及小肠硷性磷酸酶活性增加。高磷膳中补钙(高钙磷膳)能显著减轻或消除上述异常变化,补钙的保护作用和钙对磷吸收的显著抑制作用有关。低钙膳导致大鼠股骨矿盐饱和度减低和小肠硷性磷酸酶活性增加。表明膳食钙磷水平无论是在钙含量低而磷含量适宜,或是在钙含量适宜而磷含量高的情况下,补钙对较长期悬吊模拟失重的大鼠有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:
Four groups of rats were suspended for 40 days and fed respectively withdifferent diets:control(Ca 0.6%, P 0. 6%),low-calcium (LCD.Ca 0. 3%,P0. 6%),high-phosphorus(HPD, Ca 0. 6%,P 1.8%),and high-calcium and high-phosphorus(HCHPD,Ca 1.8%,P 1.8%).HPD resulted in nephrocalcinosismuscle atrophy,bone loss and increase in ALP activity of small intestine.HCHPD did not result in these disorders except a small increase in renalcalcium.LCD resulted in bone loss.These results indicated that calciumsupplementation from HPD and LCD was beneficial to protecting the sus-pended rats against the harmful effects of excessive dietary phosphorusand inadequate dietary calcium.
