| 摘 要： | 目的：研究黄芪合剂对被动吸烟引起小鼠超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide dismutase，SOD）活性和脂质过氧化物（lipid peroxide，LPO）含量的影响。方法：以超氧化物歧化酶活性和脂质过氧化物为指标，采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和荧光法测定SOD的活性和LPO的含量。站果：黄芪合剂可使被动吸烟降低的SOD活性升高，可使被动吸烟升高的LPO降低。结论：黄芪合荆有抗脂质过氧化作用，对被动吸烟引起小鼠超氧化物歧化酶活性和脂质过氧化物含量的改变有保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the influence of astragalus root mixture(AM) to the activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of lipid peroxide caused by passive smoking.Methods: The methods of o-trihydroxy benzene oxidation by itself and fluorescence method were used to test the activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of lipid peroxide. Results: AM can move upwards the activity of superoxide dismutase which reduced by passive smoking and can reduce the content of lipid peroxide which was risen by passive smoking.Conclusion: AM has resisted the lipid peroxidation.It has protected effect to change of SOD and LPO caused by passive smoking. |
