摘    要:
目的:研究心血管支架在植入过程中的受力和形变性能,以及支架结构对其力学特征的影响。方法:通过对心血管支架结构上不同尺度的特征单元进行统计和归纳,比较各种支架性能;应用特征对比结论设计出弧梁复合式心血管支架,并使用有限元模拟软件对其进行扩张性能测试。结果:数据显示弧梁复合式心血管支架在扩张性能和边缘效应上明显优于作为参照对比的Palmaz-Schatz支架,在同样径向位移下,弧梁复合式心血管支架塑性变形产生的最大有效应力和最大拉伸力比Palmaz-Schatz支架小15%~20%。结论:弧梁复合式心血管支架具有优良的力学性能,对心血管疾病临床支架介入治疗具有重要的研究意义和临床价值。

Abstract:
Objective To research the stress and deformation attributes of cardiovascular stent during implantation,and the effect of stent structure on the mechanical features.Methods Different types of stents were compared based on statistics and sum-up of structure units.A new type of cardiovascular stent--Arc-strut Complex cardiovascular stent was designed based on conclusion of feature comparison.Finite-element simulation software was used to test the expanding capability of the ASC stent.Results It showed that ASC stent was superior to the contrastive Palmaz-Schatz stent from the aspects of expanding capability and dogbone effect.In the same radial displacement,the Max-effective-stress and Max-tensile strength of ASC stent were less than those of P-S stent by 15%-20%.Conclusion The ASC stent,which provides excellent quality to angiocardiopathy sufferers,has an essential investigative significance and clinical significance.
