| 摘 要： | 目的：观察钙超载与神经元凋亡的关系。方法：采用大鼠全脑缺血模型,观察脑缺血／再灌流后突触体游离钙、神经元凋亡的变化。结果脑缺血／再灌流可以导致突触体游离钙增加及神经元的凋亡,脑缺血／再灌流神经元内游离钙浓度的变化与神经元凋亡的变化是一致的。结论脑缺血／再灌流诱导钙超载参与了神经元凋亡。

| Abstract: | To explore the relation between calcium overload induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and neuronal apoptosis.Methods After the ischemia/reperfusion model was established in male Wistar rat, the changes of intraneuronal free calcium content and neuronal apoptosis were observed.Results cerebral ischemia/reperfusion could result in calcium overload and incerase of neuronal apoptosis.The change of intracellular free calcium content was in accordance with that of neuronal apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.Conclusions The calcium overload was involved in neuronal apoptosis induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. |
