| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效。方法 小儿慢性鼻窦炎116例，分别以中西医结合及单纯西医治疗，记录症状、体征、影像学变化，统计疗效。结果 中西医结合治疗组有效率92％，单纯西医对照组有效率72％，治疗组疗效优于对照组，统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P＜0．01)。结论 中西医结合治疗对小儿鼻窦炎疗效确切，无毒副作用发生，可使部分病例免于手术。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of integrative medicine therapy on chronic sinusitis among 116 cases of children. Methods 116 children cases with chronic sinusitis were divided into treating group and controlling one, treated with integrative medicine therapy and chemical drugs therapy for them respectively. Then, all the symptoms and signs of cases under observing were recorded and analyzed in the same way. Results The effective rate was 92% in treating group and 72% in controlling one respectively, with very significant difference between them (.P<0. 01). Conclusion The therapy of integrative medicine is significantly effective on chronic sinusitis of children, with no toxic and other side effects. Furthermore, operative therapy can be avoided among a part of children cases with the lesion following this therapy. |
