尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性临床观察

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者应用尤瑞克林治疗的效果与安全性。方法选取我院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机均分为对照组与实验组各40例,对照组接受神经营养药物、抗血小板凝聚药物治疗,并开展早期神经康复及对症处理;实验组在此基础上静滴尤瑞克林。观察2组NIHSS、BI评分等各项疗效指标的变化,记录不良反应。结果对照组显效率和有效率分别为35.0%、65.0%;实验组分别为60.0%、87.5%。2组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组颅底椎基底血流速度、NIHSS、BI评分更优,不良反应发生率更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者应用尤瑞克林治疗效果确切,安全性较高,可显著改善患者预后,值得推广和使用。

Clinical observation of ureklin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of ureklin treating acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected for the study and were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by neurotrophic drugs,anti platelet aggregation drugs and early neurological rehabilitation,and symptomatic treatment.The experimental group was treated with intravenous infusion of ureklin.The changes of NIHSS,BI scores,adverse reactions and other therapeutic indexes were observed and statistically analyzed.Results The significant efficiency and effective rate in the control group were 35 ％ and 65 ％,60 ％ and 87.5 ％ in the experimental group.There were statistical significances(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the basal vertebral blood flow velocity,NIHSS and BI score in the experimental group were better,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,there were statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,ureklin treatment is effective and safe,which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and is worthy of promotion and use.
