摘    要:目的:提高品管圈(QCC)活动中数据体系的可靠性。方法:采用测量系统分析(MSA)改善病区发药错误数据系统的可靠性并应用于以降低病区药房发药差错件数为主题的QCC活动中。结果:采用MSA及相关培训措施进行干预后,数据系统的重复性、偏倚性、再现性均得到有效改善,总体有效一致性指标由45.00%提高到80.00%。开展QCC后,病区药房发药差错件数由每周16.06次降低为5.76件,目标达标率为107.4%,目标进步率为64.1%;同时圈员在和谐程度、积极性、品管手法等方面均有明显提升。结论:在QCC活动中引入MSA可提高QCC活动中数据测量系统的质量,促进QCC活动的有效开展。

Reduction of Inpatient Pharmacy Dispensing Errors by the Application of MSA Combined with QCC

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To improve the reliability of Quality control circle(QCC) data system. METHODS:Measurement system analysis(MSA)was used to improve the reliability of inpatient pharmacy dispensing error data system and reduce the case number of inpatient pharmacy dispensing error in QCC. RESULTS:After applying MSA and related training measures,the repeatability,reproducibility and bias of QCC data system had been successfully improved. The whole effective consistency rate increased from 45.00% to 80.00%. Through the implementation of QCC,the case number of inpatient pharmacy dispensing errors reduced from 16.06 to 5.76 per week. The achieved rate had reached 107.4% and the progress rate arrived 64.1%. Meanwhile,the level of harmonious,enthusiasm,techniques of quality control of QCC member had obviously improved. CONCLUSIONS:MSA can improve the quality of QCC data system and promote the development of QCC.
