基于问题学习教学法在ICU临床药师教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的:探讨基于问题学习(PBL)的教学方法在重症加强护理病房(ICU)临床药师教学中的应用。方法:根据ICU临床药师培训的基本要求,采用PBL教学法对ICU临床药师学员进行带教。结果与结论:采用PBL教学法,不仅可以提高ICU临床药师的教学质量,让学员掌握相关疾病诊疗的基础知识,根据不同患者的实际情况,制订出合理的用药方案和药学监护计划,还可以提高带教老师的教学水平,建立融洽的师生感情,作到教学相长。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To explore problem-based learning (PBL) teaching mode of ICU clinical pharmacist. METHODS: According to the basic demand of ICU clinical pharmacist training, PBL teaching was carried out in ICU clinical pharmacist train- ing. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: PBL teaching not only improve the teaching quality of clinical pharmacist students who can ac- quire basic knowledge about diagnosis and treatment of relative diseases and develop reasonable medication plan and pharmaceutical care plan according to the situation of patients, but also the level of teaching skill, harmonize the relationship between teachers and students. That is, teaching benefits teachers as well as students
