奥沙利铂在大肠癌化疗中的应用及其护理

目的 :探讨奥沙利铂对中晚期大肠癌病人的治疗效果及护理方法。方法 :以奥沙利铂为主联合甲酰四氢叶酸及氟尿嘧啶对 62例中晚期大肠癌病人进行化学治疗。结果 :完全缓解 13例 ,部分缓解 2 7例 ,稳定 18例 ,进展 4例 ,有效率 64.5 %。结论 :在正确使用奥沙利铂及细心的护理下 ,大肠癌可取得较好的治疗效果

Use of Oxaliplatin in Chemotherapy of Patients With Carcinoma of Large Intestine and Their Nursing Care

Objective: to approach the therapeutic effect of oxaliplatin in middle to late stage of patients with carcinoma of large intestine and the way of how to care them. Method: a total of 62 cases of patients with middle and late stage of carcinoma of large intestine were given chemotherapy of oxaliplatin combined with formyl tetrahydrofolic acid and 5-fluorouracil. Results: after the chemotherapy, it showed that 13 cases reached CR (Completely Remission), 27 cases of them reached PR (Partly Remission). 18 cases of them kept stable of the disease (SD). Only 4 cases of patients were with progression of disease (PD). The effective rate accounted for 64.5% (CR plus PR). Conclusion: it could attain a better therapeutic effect by correctly using of oxaliplatin combined with attentive care.
