不断提高分化型甲状腺癌外科诊治规范化水平

目前分化型甲状腺癌临床患者增长迅猛,由于国内地域及诊治专业差异从而造成部分患者治疗欠规范、诊断(术前、术中和术后)不精准等问题仍备受关注。近年来随着我国几部甲状腺癌诊治指南及专家共识的颁布及学术推广,国内甲状腺癌规范化诊疗水平提升迅速,很多诊治方面与国际接轨,甚至一些诊疗方面专业理念处于领先。但作为核心权重的分化型甲状腺癌尤其微小癌的诊治,国内规范化程度仍存一定的忧患,包括超声诊断、甲状腺结节细针穿刺细胞学(FNA)以及分子病理诊断等诊断技术方面均有待进一步全面提升,原发灶及颈部淋巴结清除的外科规范化仍需加强。规范化的专业培训及交流将不断提高我国分化型甲状腺癌外科诊治水平。

To improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma

The incidence and prevalence of thyroid carcinoma are sharply increasing recently in China.More and more colleagues focus on the diagnostic principles of thyroid carcinoma and standardized therapeutic strategies because of the imprecise pre and post-operational diagnosis as well as initial evaluation varied among hospitals .Owing to the promotion of latest guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid carcinoma, the level of standardization have been greatly improved in China .Some concepts suggested by Chinese experts have reached or even kept ahead of western countries .However, diagnosis and treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma , in particular thyroid microcarcinoma , much more improvements still need to be made, including ultrasound , fine-needle aspiration ( FNA) and molecular diagnostic criteria , as well as the standardized resection of primary tumor and neck dissection .The professional training and sharing of experience of surgical strategies would be essential to improve the level of standardized treatment and diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma .
