复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法：选择我院2010年1月-2013年6月60例冠心病心绞痛患者，按照自愿原则分为研究组与对照组，研究组应用复方丹参滴丸治疗，对照组则予以常规方法治疗，分析对比两组患者临床症状治疗效果、心电图变化情况。结果：研究组患者经治疗临床症状改善及心电图变化总有效率明显高于对照组，两组差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛具有明显疗效，不良反应发生率低，安全性高，值得临床应用。

Clinical observation on treating angina in CHD with Fufang Danshen Diwan

To investigate clinical efficacy of Fufang Danshen Diwan on angina in CHD. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group was given Fufang Danshen Diwan, and another was given routine treatment. Results：The improvement of clinical symptoms and total efficiency of ECG changes in study group were obviously higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fufang Danshen Diwan was confirmed with good effects, with few adverse reactions and high safety, is worthy of clinical application.
