中医综合疗法治疗癌性疼痛的效果评价

目的：评价中医综合疗法治疗癌性疼痛的临床效果。方法：将92例癌性疼痛患者随机分为两组，每组各46例，对照组患者给予常规三阶梯止痛法治疗，观察组患者给予中药内服联合外敷治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的疼痛缓解情况。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率为89.1%，高于对照组患者的73.9%，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医综合疗法治疗癌性疼痛能够提高癌痛控制率，值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical evaluation on treating cancer pain in TCM

To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on cancer pain. Methods：92 cases with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group, 46 cases in control group were given routine three ladder analgesic treatment, 46 cases in observation group were treated by TCM comprehensive therapy, the pain relief level of cases in two groups were observed. Results： The efficacy in observation group was 89.1%, higher than 73.9%in control group, there shows significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM comprehensive therapy could improve pain controlling rate, was worthy of further clinical application.
