| 摘 要： | “精瘀”多由房劳过度，忍精不泄，或少年手淫，或日久不交，或湿热瘀阻，或手术所伤等所致。肾气虚而推动无力，或肝气郁结而疏泄失职，亦可致精泄不畅而成瘀。临床多用活血化瘀，疏肝理气，通精固肾兼心理治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Jingyu, which results from excessive sexual intercourse, masturbation, Shire Yuzu and surgery wounds, can come into being by Shenxu and Ganqi Yujie. Huoxue Huayu, Shugan Liqi and Tongjing Gushen, and psychotherapy were applied to treat it. |
