中西医结合治疗脑血管病所致抑郁症临床效果观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗脑血管病所致抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的92例脑血管病所致的抑郁症患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各46例，给予对照组患者单纯西医治疗，给予观察组患者中西医结合治疗，将两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁评分（HAMD）、神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）进行对比。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组患者治疗前HAMD评分及NIHSS评分比较均无显著性差异（P＞0.05），治疗后两组患者的评分观察组均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：给予脑血管病所致的抑郁症患者中西医结合治疗可有效地提高治疗效果，改善患者抑郁程度及神经功能缺损程度，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。

Clinical observation on treating depression from cerebrovascular diseases in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on depression from cerebrovascular diseases. Methods：92 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine, the treatment was given the integrative medicine. The total efficacy, HAMD and NIHSS before and after treatment were compared in both. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）, the differences of HAMD and NIHSS before treatment were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, those after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05） in both. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on depression from cerebrovascular diseases, could improve depression and nerve function, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
