| 摘 要： | 目的：评价相关因素对一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病发病的影响。方法：对接受高压氧治疗的168例CO中毒的住院和门诊病人进行统计分析。结果：164例CO中毒病人中，发生CO中毒迟发性脑病38例，死亡1例，放弃治疗3例，治愈34例。结论：CO中毒迟发性脑病的发生与年龄、中毒时间、中毒程度、苏醒时间、救治早迟、高压氧疗程长短等因素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects imposed by several relative factors on delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods:Statistic analysis was performed on 168 inpatients and outpatients with carbon monoxide poisoning who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Results:In 168 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning:38 cases had delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning,3 cases abandoned treatment and 34 cases were cured.Conclusion:The occurrence of delayed encephalopathy after carbon mono... |
