14例腺淋巴瘤的临床病理分析

Clinical and Pathological Analysis of 14 Cases Adenolymphoma

The clinical and pathological features of adenolymphoma were analysed. In 14 cases, 13 occured in men and 1 in women, a ratio of 13: 1. The mean age of the patients was 58 years,with a range from 32 to 75 years, and the majority were 50 to 65 years of age. 14 cases occured in perotid glands, 4 cases were bilateral, 3 cases were multifocal. The tumors were round of oval in shape. There were complete capsules in 11 cases. The tumor on section was solid in 10 cases and solid with cyst in 4 cases. The histopathological features were epithelium and Iymphoid tissue. The macroscopic features of the tumor have been a significantly dignostic value. The modes of treatment were simple exusion and superficial parotidectomy.
