| 摘 要： | 目的分析妊娠剧吐所致水电解质紊乱、酸中毒,严重者可致韦尼克脑病发生。方法收集1995~2005年,我院妇产科以“妊娠剧吐”为诊断收入院的190例患者的临床资料。结果妊娠剧吐与年龄及孕周有明显关系。妊娠剧吐易导致代谢性酸中毒+代谢性碱中毒+呼吸性碱中毒。结论妊娠剧吐需及时纠正水电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡预防恶性循环的进展。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the disorder of electrolyte and acidosis caused by vomiting of pregnancy that might imduce wemicke brain disease. Methods The clinical materials of 190 cases of vomiting of pregnancy patient from 1995 to 2005 in our department were analyzed. Results There were closed relation ship between the vomiting of pregnancy and age, pregnant weeks. It would cause metabolic acidosis, metabolic alkalosis and respiratory alkalosis. Conclusion The vomiting of pregnancy should be taken to avoid the disorder of electrolyte and imbalance of acid and alkaline. |
