摘    要:
以类炭疽杆菌芽胞为试验菌测定作用时间、浓度、温度、有机物与pH对氧氯灵(含二氧化氯消毒剂)杀菌作用的影响。其n值为1.25,QC_(10)值为2.32;氧氯灵-1500的D值为3.55分钟,Q_(10)值为-2.10。结果表明氧氯灵-1500为一快速灭菌剂,但杀菌作用的浓度与温度效应较明显。在试验条件下,有机物对杀菌作用影响不大。药液pH值超过3时,杀菌效果明显下降。

Abstract:
Oxychlorocide is a chlorine dioxide-containing disinfectant and contains mainly sodium chlorite, acid activator and synergistics AD-10 and BS-25(the number after the oxychlorocide is used to indicate the concentration of sodium chlorite in ppm). The influences of contact time, concentration, temperature, organic matter and pH value on germicidal effect of oxychlorocide were determined in laboratory with Bacillus anthracoides as the test organism. The results indicated that the concentration coefficient(n) of oxychlorocide against spores of B. anthracoides was 1.25 and the temperature-concentration coefficient(QC_(10), the number of times of increase in amount of sodium chlorite required for killing the organisms completely in 30 min with decrease in temperature by 10℃) was 2.32. The D value(20℃) of oxychlorocide-1500 for killing spores of B. anthracoides was 3.55min and the Q_(10) value(10~50℃) was 2.10. The above results indicate that oxychlorocide-1500 is a rapid-acting disinfectant, but changes of concentration and temperature have significant influenced on its germicidal effect. Addition of 50% calf serum into the spore suspension influences insignificantly the killing speed of oxychlorocide-1500. The germicidal efficacy decreased apparently when the pH of the disinfectant solution exceeded 3, but the disinfectant solution prepared with water at pH 7~9 maintained the original germicidal efficacy of oxychlorocide-1500.
