CRRT专业护理小组在救治重症监护室危重症患者中应用价值探讨

目的 探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)专业护理小组在重症监护室(ICU)危重症患者救治中的应用价值。方法 选择2015年6月—2018年4月某医院ICU收治的危重症患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各30例。两组均进行CRRT治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予专业护理小组干预。观察两组ICU治疗时间、住院时间、住院费用、并发症及护理满意度。结果 对照组并发症发生率22.81%(13/57)比观察组7.02%(4/57)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度比观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 专业护理小组可有效提高ICU危重症患者CRRT治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,缩短ICU治疗及住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Application value of CRRT professional nursing group in treatment of critically ill patients in intensive care unit

Objective To evaluate the value of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) professional nursing group in the treatment of critical ill patients in an intensive care unit (ICU). Methods From June 2015 to April 2018, 60 critical ill patients admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group with 30 cases each. Both groups were treated with CRRT, the control group was given routine nursing, and the trial group was given professional nursing group intervention. The ICU treatment time, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, complications, and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results The incidence of complications in the control group was 22. 5% (13/57), which was higher than that (7.02%, 4/57) in the trial group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in the control group was lower than that in the trial group (P<0.05). Conclusion The professional nursing group can effectively improve the effect of CRRT, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the duration of ICU treatment and hospitalization, and improve the satisfaction of nursing care.
