光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)在黄斑疾病中的应用进展

摘    要:光学相干断层扫描血管成像(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)是一项新型、无创的成像技术,它可以对视网膜脉络膜血流进行实时成像。相比传统造影剂,OCTA更快捷、安全,并且避免了造影剂相关风险。目前,OCTA已被广泛地应用于眼科临床工作中。本文将对OCTA在黄斑疾病中的临床应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a new and non-invasive imaging technology.It can be used for real-time imaging of retinal and choroidal blood flow.Compared with traditional angiography,OCTA is safer and more conve-nient without the added risk of dye injection.OCTA has been widely used in the clinical work of ophthalmology recently.We provide an overview of the current research advance in clinical application of OCTA in macular diseases in this review.
