黄山市麻风治愈存活者生存状况调查分析

目的为了解和掌握黄山市麻风治愈存活者的畸残状况、生活、医疗保障及有无复发等生存情况,从而精准开展麻风畸残预防、康复等工作。方法将黄山市所有麻风病治愈存活者纳入调查对象,采用一对一方式问卷调查,收集整理后分析。结果黄山市麻风病治愈存活者平均年龄(64.66±11.06)岁;家庭人均年收入最低为3 000元,中位数为1 2000元;慢性疾病的患病率为48.78%;总畸残率为48.78%。结论黄山市麻风病愈后存活者的生存状况不容乐观,主要表现为"老、穷、病、残",迫切需求政府有关部门的综合防治和生活救助。

Investigation on living condition of leprosy cured survivors in Huangshan City

Objective To understand and master the survival conditions of the leprosy cured survivors in Huangshan City, such as the condition of deformity, life, medical security and recurrence, and so on in order to accurately carry out the prevention and rehabilitation of leprosy deformity. Methods All the leprosy cured survivors in Huangshan City were included into this survey, and a one-to-one questionnaire survey was conducted and the relevant data were collected and analyzed. Results The mean age of leprosy cured survivors was (64.66±11.06) years. The lowest annual per capital income of a family was 3 000 yuan, and the median was 12 000 yuan. The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 48.78%. The total malformation rate was 48.78%. Conclusion The living condition of the leprosy cured survivors in Huangshan City is not optimistic, the main expression is “old, poor, disease and disability”. Therefore, the relevant departments of the government should give them urgent comprehensive prevention, treatment and life rescue.
