Notch3在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:通过研究Notch3蛋白在肾透明细胞癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达变化情况，探讨其临床意义及相关影响因素。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色检测57例肾透明细胞癌组织、38例癌组织外缘1.0 cm处组织中的Notch3蛋白表达情况，并观察其与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:肾透明细胞癌、癌旁组织中Notch3蛋白的阳性表达率分别为80.7%（46/57）、31.6%（12/38），P＜0.05。单因素分析表明，Notch3蛋白的表达与肾透明细胞癌的临床分期、病理学分级、远处转移密切相关（P＜0.05）。多因素分析表明，患者的年龄、临床分期、吸烟史是Notch3蛋白在肾透明细胞癌中表达的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。结论:Notch3蛋白在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达明显增高，Notch3可能成为肾透明细胞癌的潜在基因治疗靶点和早期诊断检测及预防的指标之一。

Expression and clinical significance of Notch3 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression of Notch3 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and adjacent tissue,to explore its clinical significance and influencing factors.Methods:The expression of Notch3 protein in 57 cases of ccRCC,38 cases of 1.0 cm from the outer edge of cancer tissue were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship between Notch3 protein expression and clinicopathological parameters were observed.Results:The positive rates of Notch3 protein in ccRCC and 1.0 cm from pericarcinous tissue were 80.7%(46/57),31.6%(12/38),respectively （P＜0.05）.Univariate analysis showed that the expression of Notch3 protein was closely related to clinical stage,pathological grade and distant metastasis of ccRCC (P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age,clinical stage and history of smoking were independent risk factors for Notch3 protein expression in ccRCC (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Notch3 protein was significantly increased in ccRCC.Notch3 may be a potential gene therapy target for ccRCC and one of the indicators for early diagnosis,detection and prevention.
