Dll4分子在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与预后的关系

目的:探讨Dll4分子在肝癌组织中的表达及其在肝癌术后患者预后中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测28例肝癌组织以及癌旁组织中Dll4的表达水平。并结合患者随访情况分析Dll4蛋白表达水平与肝细胞癌术后患者预后的关系。结果:免疫组化结果显示Dll4蛋白表达主要定位于细胞浆，肝癌组织中Dll4蛋白表达明显高于癌旁组织（P＜0.05）。Cox模型多因素分析结果显示肝癌合并微血管侵犯与Dll4蛋白表达情况是患者预后的独立危险因素。结论:Dll4分子高表达的肝癌术后患者相对于低表达患者预后更差，术后生存时间更短。可能成为肝细胞癌新的预后标志物。

The relationship between Dll4 expression and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective:To explore the potential role of Dll4 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue and prognosis of postoperative patients with HCC.Methods:A total of 28 HCC tissue samples and the corresponding adjacent tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry.The expression level of Dll4 was combined with the follow-up of patients to analyze the relationship between Dll4 protein expression level and prognosis of patients with HCC.Results:Dll4 protein expression was mainly localized in cytoplasm,and the expression of Dll4 protein in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues (P＜0.05).The multivariate analysis of Cox model showed that HCC with microvascular invasion and Dll4 protein expression were independent risk factors for prognosis.Conclusion:Postoperative patients with high expression of Dll4 have a worse prognosis than patients with low expression.The survival time after surgery is shorter.Dll4 may be a new prognostic marker for HCC.
